Return Policy

At Emma’s Place, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected, so we offer a flexible return policy to make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible.

Return Timeframe

• Full Refund: Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund to your original method of payment.

• Exchange/Store Credit: Between 10 and 30 days after purchase, items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.

• No Returns Accepted: We cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and contained within the original packaging with all tags attached.

Starting Your Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center. Follow the instructions to submit a request. Once your return is approved, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label via email.

Re:do Return Coverage

For added convenience, you can opt for our Re:do return coverage at checkout for just $1.98. This covers free return shipping for exchanges or store credits. If you choose not to purchase Re:do initially but decide to return an item later, you can still create a return label through our Returns Center. Please note that in such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
