At Emma’s Place, we take pride in delivering our unique home decor items worldwide. Our goal is to ensure that every order reaches its destination efficiently and securely.

Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing from the time of purchase. You will receive updates on tracking as soon as your items are ready to ship.

Domestic Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: Expect your items within 5-7 business days.

International Shipping:

We offer various international shipping options to meet your needs. Please note that prices and shipping methods may change based on your order specifics. We will contact you directly if adjustments are necessary.

Important Considerations:

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 12pm EST on Saturday or on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Liability

Emma’s Place is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been handed over to the postal service or courier. However, we strive to support our customers in case of any issues and will assist in tracking down any lost or stolen parcels.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address will require a new shipping label at the customer’s expense. Orders returned in this manner cannot be canceled.

Processing Delays

Orders are processed at our warehouse in 10205 Main Street, Clarence NY 14031. While we aim to ship as quickly as possible, please understand that delays may occur, especially during busy periods or holidays.

Order Modifications

To cancel or modify your order, please send an email to info@emmasplace.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Due to our quick processing times, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Re:do Return Service

Re:do is a return management service that allows for free returns or exchanges, available for a small fee at checkout. Customers who opt out of Re:do initially can still create a return label via our return portal, but will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
